Anthony De La Torre has joined forces with Lana Condor to premiere the music video for their new duet "Raining in London" on Wednesday (Feb. 19), exclusively to Billboard.
In the cinematic visual, the pair -- who are also a real-life couple -- look back longingly on an ill-fated romance, in which the pressures of fame, success and one scantily-clad photo shoot tore them apart. "But if I had met you today/ Would I have loved you the same?/ If I had known it would take/ Ten years and twenty-two days to stop loving you," Condor and De La Torre sing over a sparse, fingersnap-driven beat before electro-pop production washes over the chorus.
"Most people have that one person they always wonder 'what if' about," the two tell Billboard in a joint statement. "Or they have that person that they never want to live without. We never want to wake up one day ten years down the road and wonder, 'When did you become someone I used to know?' whether that's about ourselves or about someone we love. We’re so thankful for the experience of creating 'Raining in London' and we’ve been dying to share it with the world."
"Raining in London" is featured on De La Torre's debut EP, Find Me, which is also out today.
Condor, meanwhile, most recently starred in the swoony Netflix rom-com To All The Boys: P.S. I Still Love You alongside Noah Centineo and Jordan Fisher. (Madeleine Arthur, Condor's co-star from the To All The Boys films, is also featured in the "Raining in London" video.) The hit sequel's soundtrack featured original music from the likes of Marina, Chaz Cardigan and Bad Child, as well as songs by Sofi Tukker, Ages and Ages and Hey Violet.
