Goldenvoice Announces New Indio Festival 'Head Trip'

Goldenvoice has officially announced the launch of Head Trip, a brand-new two-day festival experience set to take place on October 10 and 11, 2026. Hosted at the iconic Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, the event promises to be a significant addition to the region's vibrant festival circuit.

The festival distinguishes itself with a unique single-stage format, ensuring that attendees can enjoy every performance without the conflict of overlapping set times. The Saturday lineup is headlined by heavy hitters including Calvin Harris, Fisher B2B Chris Lake, Peggy Gou B2B Four Tet, and Seth Troxler B2B Ben Sterling. The momentum continues on Sunday with performances from Swedish House Mafia, Skrillex, Dom Dolla B2B Kettama, The Blessed Madonna, and DJ Harvey.

Production for Head Trip is being helmed by High Scream founder Romain Pissenem, who brings a visionary approach to the event's aesthetic and technical execution. A standout feature of the festival will be the US debut of Floating Points' Sunflower Sound System. This immersive installation will be housed within a custom, mycelium-panelled dome, equipped with specialized acoustic stacks designed to deliver continuous, high-fidelity DJ sets throughout the weekend.

Goldenvoice, the powerhouse promoter behind industry staples such as Coachella and Portola, continues to expand its influence across the California music landscape. With its latest venture, the organization aims to blend cutting-edge production with a curated, high-energy lineup, further cementing Indio's status as a premier destination for global electronic music fans.
