Oxnard crossover thrashers Dead Heat have issued a statement saying that they kicked out their drummer John following allegations of sexual assault and misconduct against him, Lambgoat reports. "We as Dead Heat would like to apologize for the actions of our drummer," they write. "No woman should ever have to go through this. We stand with the victims."
