It's not just Beliebers who were jacked for Justin Bieber to release his first album in five years, Changes, on Friday morning (Feb. 14). Lots of Bieber's celeb friends were also feeling the album's groove, sharing their love for the the collection's simmering R&B groove.
"Proud of you @justinbieber -- so much ------ on this album --------," wrote Demi Lovato, with Bieber's wife, Hailey Bieber, liking the comment and adding two hearts and a heart eyes emoji. That wasn't all Hailey had to say, though. She also tweeted, "my favorite song on the album [heart emoji] so glad you can all finally hear it!!!" she wrote of "E.T.A."
Meanwhile, (possibly) former New England Patriots quarterback legend Tom Brady recognized game on Bieber's Instagram post of the album, tossing up a trio of 100 emoji, while Bieber's longtime songwriting partner Poo Bear was transfixed by a baby singing the album's latest single, "Intentions."
But it was Charlie Puth who really had something to say about the album, writing a rather lengthy Instagram post in which he described Bieber's influence on his music. "I don’t usually do this but here we go. #Changes by Justin Bieber is out now. I had nothing to do with this album, but I genuinely am a huge Justin Bieber fan," he wrote. "I have been since 2009. In fact, his viral leap into superstardom as a result of YouTube is what inspired me to achieve the same. (Somewhere out there is a cringy cover of 18 year old me singing ‘Baby’.) The vocal production on this album is sick. (And I’m hard to impress.) It’s mixed impeccably and his voice has never sounded better. Justin congrats on your first album in four years, I know you’ve worked very hard on this."
