Billie Eilish has beaten one of her absolute favorite musicians when it comes to the music fans can't get out of their heads at the moment.
"No Time to Die," her new track for the upcoming James Bond film of the same name, has been voted the release of the week, and took in a whopping 66 percent of the vote.
That means that about 2/3 of those participating in this week's poll were bowled over by the haunting ballad, and that Eilish, a devoted Belieber, came out ahead of Justin Bieber's Changes, his first album in five years. (Bieber's release earned 16 percent of the vote; the rest was split between seven other releases, including Tame Impala's The Slow Rush, Monsta X's 'All About Luv' and Sam Smith's "To Die For.")
Bieber and Eilish have been super supportive of each other's work since they met at Coachella in 2019: Bieber was overcome with emotion during his interview with Zane Low on Friday (Feb. 14) when he shared that "if she ever needs me, I'm going to be there for her," and that he hopes she'll have it easier than he did when he was navigating pop fame at her age.
"I just want to protect her, you know?" he told Lowe. "I don't want her to lose it, I don't want her to go through anything I went through. I don't wish that upon anybody. So, if she ever needs me, I'm just a call away." Eilish responded to the interview by sharing the clip, along with a photo of her wearing her beloved Bieber merch as a kid, and encouraging her fans to stream Changes.
