Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit release live album of last pre-lockdown show, Innings Festival

Jason Isbell & Amanda Shires released their excellent, livestreamed Reunions release show as a live album on Bandcamp the day of Bandcamp's Juneteenth fundraiser for the NAACP, and today they have also released a fully mixed and mastered live album of the last full-band Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit show that the band played before every show was cancelled: Innings Festival. As mentioned, they played two songs from Reunions (before it came out), and without the ability for them to take the album on tour anytime soon, it's even more of a treat than it'd usually be to get to hear pro live recordings of these new songs. They also did plenty of older faves -- "24 Frames," "Cover Me Up," "If We Were Vampires," "Last of My Kind," and more -- and they ended their set with an awesome cover of Fleetwood Mac's classic "Oh Well."

You can stream "Go It Alone" from the album below and purchase the whole thing (for $10 or more) at Bandcamp.

Friday, July 3 is the next Bandcamp fundraiser (Bandcamp will waive its cut of sales and give directly to artists and labels).
