Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith and Emile Mosseri (who scored Minari and The Last Black Man in San Francisco, among other films) used to be neighbors in Los Angeles, but only began collaborating once Smith had moved away. They released the first part of an eventual two-part collaborative album, I Could Be Your Dog (Prequel), in September, and now they've announced the sequel, I Could be Your Moon. Together, the two parts are due out May 27 via Ghostly International (pre-order), and you can see the cover art and tracklist below.
"That's one of the things that was so special about this collaboration," Mosseri says, "it felt like we were writing music through one another."
