The 2023 edition of East Coast pop cultural behemoth New York Comic Con is underway now at Javits Center in NYC. With members of the Screen Actors Guild continuing to strike for a fair contract, fewer of them are making appearances than in previous years, but there’s still plenty of announcements, trailers, and excellent cosplay to take in. For the latter, see pictures from Friday by Sachyn Mital below.
The Walking Dead shared a new teaser for their The Ones Who Live limited series on AMC, which continues the story of Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and Michonne (Danai Gurira), who left the original series in seasons 9 and 10. Lincoln added, “I personally can’t wait to get my cowboy boots back on and get the band back together.”
Attendees also got a sneak peak at the final six episodes of Fear The Waling Dead, which returns for its midseason premiere on Sunday, October 22 on AMC and AMC+.
