Noah Cyrus' Playlist With Billie Eilish & More For Takeover Tuesday: Listen

Eilish is one of 15 artists Cyrus shouts out on her playlist.

Welcome back to Takeover Tuesday, where each week, Billboard taps chart-topping artists and tastemakers to compile their very own playlist exclusive to Billboard's Spotify account. We give the artists free rein to base the list on whatever subject they choose. The only rule? Make it as creative and unique to them as possible.

This month, Noah Cyrus is playing one show on each coast -- March 4 in New York City and March 10 in Los Angeles -- on what she calls the Not So Tour, Tour. When she's not playing her own songs on stage, Cyrus loves listening to artists with similar lo-fi vibes, whether she's on the road or at home.

For her Takeover Tuesday playlist, Cyrus wanted to give fans a glimpse of the kind of tunes she jams to on a regular basis, simply titled "Driving and Hanging Around the House Vibes."

"All of these songs make me feel a type of way, whether it’s inspiration for my own music, go for a drive to clear my head, or get up and dance," Cyrus tells Billboard in a statement. "Some of my closest friends are on this list, and it makes me so happy to see them living out their dreams with incredible music."

Some of those friends include Labrinth and the late XXXTentacion, both of whom Cyrus has collaborated with on previous singles "Make Me (Cry)" and "Again," respectively (she also sang on XXX's posthumous track "Ecstasy"). "Again" is one of three songs Cyrus includes from her catalog on the playlist, along with "Lonely" and "July," the latter of which she declares "the most meaningful song I've ever put out."

Also on the 18-song playlist are songs from Harry Styles, Mac Miller, Arcade Fire, James Blake and more. Cyrus explained each of her choices, revealing the artist who played a big role in her becoming an artist herself and the Billie Eilish song that she relates to most.

Dominik Fike, "3 Nights": This one always just gets me going. Great song to drive to.

Ant Clemons, "4 Letter Word": Ant’s one of my best friends. We work a lot together, and I’m so happy getting to see him finally put out his own music and this was his first single this year from an incredible project. "4 Letter Word" makes me want to get like, groovy.

Ben Howard, "I Forget Where We Were": Ben’s one of the reasons I became an artist myself. When I went to his concert for the first time it set a fire inside me to start music, and I feel like I wouldn’t be where I am without hearing him.

Noah Cyrus, "July": Haha. I actually hate listening to my own voice, but this is the most meaningful song I’ve ever put out and I’m proud of it.

Labrinth, "Still Don’t Know My Name": Lab! He’s just an incredible friend, brother artist, producer. He can do it all. I’ll always have a special place in my hear for his artistry after making all the music we’ve made together. This song is just another amazing one on his catalogue.

Charlotte Day Wilson, "Work": This is mine and my best friend's song. We’ll play this one and hold each other’s hands and stare into each other’s eyes as if we’re in a music video.

Noah Cyrus feat. XXXTentacion, "Again": RIP Jahseh [Ed. note: XXXTentacion's birth name was Jahseh Dwayne Ricardo Onfroy]. X changed so many people’s lives. I’m so fortunate to be the only female artist he’s ever collaborated with, and I miss him every day.

Machine Gun Kelly feat. Naomi Wild, "Glass House": This song slaps. Colson's [Ed. note: MGK's birth name is Colson Baker] my homie and I’m so proud of seeing what he’s done this year.

Conan Gray, "The Story": I saw this song live before he even put it out, and it brought me to tears. This is my most replayed song now that it’s out.

Benee, "Find an Island": I just play this song when I feel like telling someone to f--k off and I can’t.

Arcade Fire, "My Body Is A Cage": My soul kind of hurts when I hear this song, because it reminds me of a time when I felt scared to openly love.

Noah Cyrus, "Lonely": This one’s also a really close and personal record for me. I think everyone can relate to these lyrics in one way or another. When it comes on, it reminds me of how far I’ve come with my own struggle with mental health, but I hope its inspiring others to speak up.

Alex Turner, "Glass In The Park": Alex is a legend and will forever and always be one of my biggest writing inspirations. Any song of his could be on this list and would have just as much meaning to me.

Harry Styles, "Falling": Sheeeeeeeeeeshhhh. I mean, what else is there to say?

James Blake, "I'll Come Too": This song is about following a lover anywhere, and I think it’s beautiful to hear a male artist tell his person he’ll following them anywhere they go.

Mac Miller, "Circles": I like this song so much because you can really hear the pain in struggle in Mac’s voice and lyrics. You know it’s so real. It’s a song like this that shows you how important it is to try and help a friend or family member who might be struggling.

Billie Eilish, "Everything I Wanted": This song really resonates with me and my mental health. A thousand people could be watching from the outside, and they still don’t know what’s happening on the inside.

Death Cab for Cutie, "I Will Follow You Into The Dark": This song is just a classic. Sit back, relax, and enjoy.
