Wooseok of K-pop boyband PENTAGON has shared that the group have plans to reunite later this year.
Last year, five members of PENTAGON act left their long-time agency CUBE Entertainment after their contracts expired. While the boyband did not officially disband, the group’s future together was left unanswered at the time.
During a recent podcast, member Wooseok spoke about PENTAGON and their plans to reunite later this year. “[PENTAGON] are always in contact, and we meet up often. We did not disband, seriously,” he said.
“Everyone is doing their best in this situation, [there are members] working hard on their solo careers like me, and the members who act are working on that too,” Wooseok shared. He then added that the group recently met to share their schedules, hoping to find time to work together.
“[We have] September, October and November in mind,” he said. “There’s nothing planned or scheduled yet, but we agreed that even if we don’t release an album, we want to get together for a performance.”
