Portishead will reunite for their first show in seven years, a set at the War Child benefit concert in the band's hometown of Bristol that supports Ukraine relief. It happens on May 2 from 5-11 PM UK time and also features IDLES, Billy Nomates, Katy J Pearson, Heavy Lungs, Wilderman, and Willie J Healey. Only 1200 tickets are available, and you have to enter for a chance to win tickets by 7 PM Eastern on April 24 for a chance to get in, but everyone who enters will be able to livestream the event. Until May 31st any donation to War Child UK will be matched pound for pound by the UK Government, which means your generosity will go twice as far. Your donation will help the unfolding crisis in Ukraine, and match funding from the UK Government will also go to Yemen where millions of children are still in desperate need of protection from conflict.
