The Postal Service and Death Cab for Cutie begin their joint tour celebrating the 20th anniversary of Give Up and Transatlanticism in September, and they’ve added some new support. Lauren Mayberry of CHVRCHES will now open the initial East Coast leg of the run, and Pedro the Lion will join them at their Santa Barbara show in October. Warpaint, The Beths, Built to Spill, and Iron & Wine each open select shows as well. See all dates below.
The tour hits Chicago to headline day two of Riot Fest, and now they’ve added an additional Chicago date, at new venue The Salt Shed on September 23. That’s with Warpaint, and tickets can be requested through Ticketmaster’s Ticket Request Program until Monday, July 31 at 12 PM ET.
The Postal Service and Death Cab hit NYC on September 19 and 20 at Madison Square Garden, with Warpaint.
