Ron Jeremy charged with four counts of sexual assault stemming back to 2014 - Pop It Records

Adult film veteran Ron Jeremy has been changed with four counts of sexual assault, the LA Times reports. The charges, brought by four women, include three counts of forcible rape and one count each of forcible oral copulation and sexual battery, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office.

Prosecutors allege he raped a 25-year-old woman in her West Hollywood Home in 2014; sexually assaulted two women, aged 33 and 46, in a West Hollywood bar in 2017; and raped a 30-year-old woman at the same bar in 2019. The District Attorney's Office also noted that they declined to prosecute a 2016 incident due to insufficient evidence.

If convicted, the 67-year-old actor and comedian, whose real name is Ronald Jeremy Hyatt, faces up to 90 years in prison. LA prosecutors have recommended a bail of $6.6 million.

This is not the first time Jeremy has been accused of sexual assault before: a 2017 Rolling Stone article chronicles over a dozen women who have accused Jeremy of sexual misconduct since the '80s. He has denied all charges.
