Santana have announced some UK headline shows for summer 2025, suggesting that a Glastonbury performance could be on the cards.
The US rock band, fronted by Carlos Santana, are due to play gigs at Glasgow’s OVO Hydro, Manchester’s Co-op Live and London’s O2 next June.
This will follow a run of dates in Europe, and come ahead of further concerts on the continent. These include stops in Budapest, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, Vienna and Cologne.
The 2025 ‘Oneness’ tour is set to see Santana “perform high-energy, passion-filled songs from their 50-year career, including fan favourites from ‘Abraxas’ to Woodstock to ‘Supernatural’, and beyond”.
Tickets for Santana’s 2025 UK shows go on general sale at 10am GMT this Friday (December 13) – you’ll be able to buy yours here. Alternatively, you can find pre-sale information on Ticketmaster.

Recommended
JUNE
18 – OVO Hydro, Glasgow
19 – Co-op Live, Manchester
21 – The O2, London
These newly confirmed shows currently leave Santana available for a potential slot at Glastonbury 2025 on Friday June 27 or Sunday June 29. However, the group do have performances scheduled in Europe on either side of these days.
The only act to have been officially announced for next year’s festival is Rod Stewart, who will play in the Legend Slot. However, Nile Rodgers has since let slip that he and Chic have been booked for a performance on the Pyramid Stage – immediately after Stewart’s set. The first Glastonbury line-up poster usually arrives in March.
Current headliner rumours include Sam Fender, Neil Young, Olivia Rodrigo and Lady Gaga. There has been further speculation about possible performances from the likes of Alanis Morrisette, Deftones and Portishead’s Beth Gibbons.
Santana released their 26th and most recent studio album, ‘Blessings And Miracles’, in 2021. A documentary film about the group’s frontman, titled Carlos, arrived in 2023. See their full list of 2025 tour dates here.
