Paying it forward! Selena Gomez took to social media on Monday (March 30) to share that she's found a way to help out the doctors and nurses at Cedars-Sinai in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.
"So thankful for every single medical professional who is putting their health on the line to take care of others," she tweeted. "I’m donating to @CedarsSinai as they are low on masks and ventilators. They’ve taken such good care of me so it’s my turn to show my gratitude."
The superstar's connection to Cedars-Sinai spans years, back to 2017 when she received a kidney transplant at the Los Angeles-based hospital following her lupus diagnosis. The following year, in Oct. 2018, Gomez reportedly checked herself into a mental health treatment center at the facility due to a struggle with anxiety and depression.
