Thaddeus X has presented his latest release, ‘Life in Wave,’ now available via Akbal Music.
The EP, which has been supported by John Digweed on his latest ‘Transitions’ show, continues to refine a sound that bridges time and genre — melding modern electronic textures with emotive undercurrents from the past, and spans a spectrum of moods and styles, anchored in melodic house & techno, but reaching outward into indie-dance and deeper electronic territories.
Throughout ‘Life in Wave,’ layered melodies, driving rhythms, and an emotional core converge. The more introspective moments, as in ‘My Life,’ complement the more forceful passages with ‘The Flood,’ making the EP a complete musical journey.
