THE JAYHAWKS

Midwest Americana greats The Jayhawks have shows starting in November, including Appleton, WI’s Flannel Fest, a Saint Paul show with related band Golden Smog, and a three-night run at Evanston, IL’s Space in February. Head here for all dates.

SICK OF IT ALL (AND MORE)

NYHC legends Sick Of It All are playing Hell and Heaven Open Air in Mexico in November, heading to Japan and Australia in 2024, and they’ll play a hometown matinee on December 9 at The Meadows with MAAFA, Ache, and Concrete Ties. That show is being presented by Women of the Pit, who are also putting on a photo & art show at C-Squat in NYC from November 17-19, with an acoustic set from 108’s Kate Reddy on 11/18. They’re also teaming with New York Hardcore Chronicles to throw a Holiday Slamboree matinee at Bowery Electric on 12/17 with No Redeeming Social Value, Butterbrain, RBNX, Chumhuffer, and T.O.Y.S.

DEAFHEAVEN / TOUCHE AMORE TOUR OPNERS (HIDE, GATECREEPER, MORE)

Deafheaven are celebrating the 10th anniversary of Sunbather on tour later this fall with Touché Amoré, and they’ve now announced support acts, which include, depending on the date, Hide, Gatecreeper, Mary Jane Dunphe, Crushed, and Ringo Deathstarr. The tour hits NYC on December 3 at Knockdown Center with Mary Jane Dunphe.

YARD ACT

UK band Yard Act just announced their second album, along with new 2024 tour dates.

EAGLES / STEELY DAN

Eagles have added more dates to their Farewell tour with Steely Dan, including second shows in Atlanta and St. Paul in November, and 2024 dates in Los Angeles (4 nights at The Forum), Phoenix, Austin, Houston, Hollywood (FL), Chicago and Toronto.

BLACK BELT EAGLE SCOUT / SLEATER-KINNEY

Sleater-Kinney have announced that Black Belt Eagle Scout will be joining them on select dates of their 2024 Little Rope tour. Those dates are the first 2/3rds of the tour, including their three NYC shows in March.

MAREN MORRIS

Like she did in Chicago earlier this month, Maren Morris will play an intimate NYC show in less than two weeks, in celebration of her new two-song single The Bridge.

THE BOBBY LEES

Woodstock garage rockers The Bobby Lees will be on tour in just a couple weeks, and their schedule includes stops at Asbury Park’s Wonder Bar on 11/17 and NYC’s Bowery Ballroom on 12/20.

THE UMBRELLAS / THE LEMON TWIGS

The Umbrellas, who just announced their second album, will be on tour later this fall including dates supporting The Lemon Twigs.

GATSBYS AMERICAN DREAM

Earlier this year, the theatrical, proggy emo/pop punk vets Gatsbys American Dream returned for the first time in over a decade, and they’ve very gradually been playing reunion shows. First up was LA in April, then Seattle in September, and now they’ve announced their sole East Coast performance of 2024.
