New York rap legends Nas and the Wu-Tang Clan will team up for a co-headlining tour this summer/fall.
LITTLE SIMZ
Little Simz released one of the best albums of 2021, Sometimes I Might Be Introvert , in September, and we were highly anticipating her North American tour supporting it, which was scheduled to begin in May. Because of "unforeseen circumstances," however, she's canceled the dates; she says they will be rescheduled.
RAVYN LENAE
R&B/soul singer Ravyn Lenae has EPs and singles dating back to 2015, and now she has finally announced her first full-length album, Hypnos , due May 20 via Atlantic. Around the same time she'll also be touring.
BILLY BRAGG
”Among the million things that never happened were my planned US dates for the past three years, so I’m really looking forward to reconnecting with my audience and trying to make some sense of where we are after all this time,” Billy Bragg writes, announcing his fall tour.
NEKO CASE
Having just announced a new solo career retrospective, Neko Case has also expanded her 2022 tour schedule.
NEGATIVLAND + SUE-C
Sound collagists Negativland are joining forces with Sue-C for a tour this spring and summer, including a NYC stop at Le Poisson Rouge on May 5. Calexico recently released their tenth album, El Mirador , and they've announced a fall US tour supporting it. They'll be joined by Ada Lea for the shows, which run through October, stopping in Chicago, Minneapolis, Asheville, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Brooklyn, Washington DC, and more.
KING GIZZARD & THE LIZARD WIZARD
Having just played the first weekend of Coachella, King Gizzard will now be on tour for pretty much the rest of the year, and they've just added a third show at Colorado's Red Rocks.
MOMMA
Brooklyn band Momma have announced their first album for Polyvinyl, and will be doing some touring for it.
THE MUMMIES
Garage rock cult legends The Mummies are invading the East Coast this weekend, playing Philadelphia's Underground Arts on April 21 with Out-Sect and The Crawlies, then they'll head to NYC to play TV Eye on 4/22 with Empath and Out-Sect; and then 4/23 at Elsewhere Hall with Mala Vista and Von Mons.

Speaking of Ridgewood, Queens venue TV Eye, they've got a lot of cool shows coming up, and a few we haven't mentioned before include; Ivan Julian (Voidoids) on April 24; UVTV, Motorists and Nanook on May 22; and hip hop eccentric Kool Keith on June 11. Check out TV Eye's upcoming schedule here.
FOUR CHORD FEST
Four Chord Music Festival returns for its 8th edition on September 9 and 10 to Pennsylvania's Wild Things Park, which is located about a half hour from Pittsburgh. The 2022 lineup includes Bad Religion, Descendents, Jimmy Eat World, Pennywise, Lagwagon, H2O, The Story So Far, The Starting Line, and more.
OUTSIDE LANDS 2022
San Francisco's Outside Lands will be back in August with a lineup that includes Green Day, Post Malone, SZA, Phoebe Bridgers Weezer, Lil Uzi Vert, Disclosure, Mitski, Mac DeMarco, Wet Leg, Pusha T, 100 Gecs, and more.
