Dua Lipa stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Thursday (Jan. 9) to deliver a jaw-dropping performance of her latest single "Don't Start Now."
Flanked by a crew of female back-up dancers dressed in chic, white bodysuits, the British-Albanian pop star glided through the disco-infused number with a combination of laid-back panache and expert precision. "Did a full 180, crazy/ Thinkin' 'bout the way I was/ Did the heartbreak change me? Maybe/ But look at where I ended up," Lipa sang with a smile, clearly enjoying the moment as she and the dancers nailed their theatrical choreography.
The performance comes just one day after host Ellen DeGeneres enlisted the pop star for a hilarious hidden camera sketch, speaking only the lyrics to her hit songs to unsuspecting customers at a Los Angeles home decor store.
"Don't Start Now" serves as the lead single for Lipa's upcoming sophomore studio album, Future Nostalgia, and was followed by the funky electro-leaning title track. The LP is expected some time in early 2020, though an official release date has yet to be announced.
