MAX CREEPS

Max Creeps, the enigmatic, supposedly veteran, probably made-up but nonetheless fun punk group who just announced an album will be on tour this summer, including stops in Chicago, Vegas, Athens, Orlando, Santa Cruz, Reno, Boise, Vancouver, Portland, Boston, DC, Houston and more. No NYC date announced yet.

WET LEG

Wet Leg will be back in North America on tour this summer and fall, and in 2023 they'll support Harry Styles in Australia and New Zealand.

DR ACULA

Long Island ”party grind” band Dr. Acula have played some recent hometown reunion shows, but they've just announced their first tour in a decade, and say a new album is on the way too.

HENRY JAMISON

Vermont songwriter Henry Jamison will be hitting the road with Olivia Klugman for "An Intimate Tour" in June, with stops in Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, DC, NYC (Le Poisson Rouge on 6/17), Boston and Portland, ME. Dates are in the tour poster below and are in support of his new album, This Year, which is out April 29. Stream the title track:

SKA AT THE SHORE

Ska at the Shore is a mini ska fest in Atlantic City on August 7 at Bourre with The Pietasters, The Toasters, The Pilfers, Mephiskapheles, Backyard Superheroes, Hub City Stompers, Spring Heeled Jack, and The Best of the Worst. Tickets are on sale.

ILANA GLAZER

Ilana Glazer's C U Next Tuesday series has the Broad City co-creator bringing comedy to the tri-state area on Tuesdays. There are two shows at White Eagle Hall on 5/10 (tickets for the late show still available), as well as shows in Red Bank (The Vogel on 5/17), Hamden, CT (Space Ballroom on 5/24), Asbury Park (House of Independents on 5/31) and Woodstock (Colony on 6/7 with early and late shows).

PRIDE ISLAND

NYC Pride's annual concert series, Pride Island, is returning for 2022 after three years of not being held because of Covid. They've announced this year's lineup -- happening in a new location, Play Lawn on Governors Island on June 24-26 -- which includes Lil’ Kim, Kim Petras, Shenseea, and more.

CONVERGE, IN FLAMES OPENING FOR MESHUGGAH

Meshuggah were supposed to tour the US with Converge and Torche earlier this year, but then they had to reschedule it for the fall and Converge unfortunately had to drop off. However, with Converge's recent US tour (including their first-ever US Bloodmoon shows) behind them, they've been added back to the Northeast/Midwest leg of the tour! In Flames have also been added to the West Coast/Southwest leg.

WAVVES

Back in 2020, Wavves were supposed to do a 10th anniversary tour for their stoner beach punk classic King of the Beach, but it couldn't happen due to the pandemic. Now, on the appropriately timed day of 4/20, Wavves has announced plans to once again play the album in full on tour, this time on a 12th anniversary tour going down this summer. BOYO and Smut are opening.

VIAGRA BOYS / SHAME

Sweden's Viagra Boys just announced a new album as well as a fall co-headline tour with Shame.

LAURA VEIRS

Laura Veirs has announced her 12th album, Found Light, due July 8 via her own Raven Marching Band Records, and will tour for it this summer.

HORSE JUMPER OF LOVE

Horse Jumper of Love just announced their third album as well as new tour dates. They're also opening shows for Indigo de Souza.
