Electronic Groove has officially released 'Electronic Groove for Venezuela – Relief Compilation', a dedicated charity project aimed at supporting communities devastated by the recent earthquakes in Venezuela. This initiative brings together a diverse array of artists from the progressive house and underground electronic music scenes to provide essential aid.
Now available on Bandcamp, the compilation features 14 original tracks. The project includes contributions from prominent figures such as Nick Warren, Hernán Cattáneo & Tom Pavicich, Danny Howells, Ricky Ryan & Futura City, Argenis Brito, Flor Capistrán & Cesar Capistrán, Night Waves & Glenn Morrison, ELIF, Liminal MX, Predex, Eli Iwasa & Mau Maioli, Martin Fredes & Solis [US], Ivan Sandhas, Thaddeus X, Prototype (AR), and Kebin van Reeken.
A Unified Effort for Disaster Relief
All net proceeds from the compilation will be donated to the Global Empowerment Mission to assist with their ongoing earthquake relief work in Venezuela. The campaign addresses the aftermath of two major earthquakes that struck the region on June 24th, 2026, causing significant destruction in Caracas, La Guaira, and surrounding areas. Reports indicate a tragic toll of over 5,500 confirmed deaths and 16,700 injuries, with many still missing.
Mauricio Viana, founder of Electronic Groove, emphasized the spirit of the project: “This compilation came together through trust, friendship, and a shared desire to help. We wanted to use the platform we have, alongside artists who have been close to EG for years, to turn music into real support for Venezuela.”
“Contributing a track to this compilation was a small gesture of solidarity with our brothers and sisters in Venezuela. I’m grateful to Electronic Groove for creating a platform that turns passion into meaningful support,” said Hernán Cattáneo.
The project also features artwork donated by Venezuelan artist Slomo, which incorporates the country's colors to provide a distinct identity for the release. In addition to the music, Electronic Groove has launched a limited run of 250 charity T-shirts to further bolster the fundraising efforts.
The compilation is currently available on Bandcamp, with a wider digital release scheduled for September 4th, 2026, via Fall From Grace Records.
