Rescheduled dates start Oct 1st
Foo Fighters have rescheduled the remainder of their April/May Van Tour 2020. The trek will see Dave Grohl, Nate Mendel and Pat Smear revisit some of the same cities they hit in a Dodge van during their first-ever outing as the group in 1995. It was scheduled to kick off April 12th in Phoenix, but has now been pushed to fall due to the coronavirus pandemic.
“For further information, please continue to check in at foofighters.com from the safety of your homes — we want to rock with each and every one of you when we get back out there!” the group shares in a statement.
Tickets for the original shows will be honored for the corresponding new performances.
Taylor Hawkins, Chris Shiflett and Rami Jaffee will also be on the trek. Each stop was to include a sneak peek at an excerpt from Grohl’s brand new documentary What Drives Us, but no word on if that will still be happening.
