Pixies have announced a UK and Europe 2025 headline tour and shared a gnarly new single ‘Motoroller’ – check out all the details below.
Following their recent All Points East show last August, the band will be touring the record in the UK/EU next year. Stopping by cities such as Berlin, Nantes and Lisbon until they arrive in the UK, the band will also play in cities like Edinburgh and Leeds. They are also set to play two nights at London’s O2 Brixton before finishing off at Manchester’s O2 Apollo in May.
To celebrate, Pixies have also dropped a brand new song called ‘Motoroller’ off their forthcoming album ‘The Night The Zombies Came’, of which they said: “This is one of those kinds of songs where there’s little threads you can follow and they take you somewhere. But they’re not required for the experience. You can just start fishing around in the lyrics, and maybe you won’t find exactly what the story is, but you’ll find a story related to the city of Berlin. So just have fun with the clues that are there.”
Pre-sale tickets will become available at 9am BST, September 18 here, whilst you can nab general sale tickets at 9am BST, September 20 here. See below for a full list of tour dates:

The Boston band recently announced their forthcoming album ‘The Night The Zombies Came’ in July, which will land on October 25 via BMG – pre-order / pre-save it here.
Frontman Black Francis has said of the band’s 10th LP: “Fragments that are related and juxtaposed with other fragments in other songs. And in a collection of songs in a so-called LP, you end up making a kind of movie.”
So far, the band have previewed their album with the haunting single ‘Chicken‘, ‘Que Sera, Sera’ as well as ‘Oyster Beds‘. ‘The Night The Zombies Came’ will also feature the band’s previously released song ‘You’re So Impatient’.
The album will also see the band recreuit a new bass player, Emma Richardson (Band Of Skulls), which will make her the first British band member to join the group.
