Sombr Delivers Radiohead Classic During Coachella's Second Weekend

In March, Sombr teamed up with members of The Cranberries to deliver a notable cover of "Linger." He maintained that momentum during the first weekend of Coachella, where he joined forces with Billy Corgan to perform the Smashing Pumpkins classic "1979."

For the second weekend of the festival, Sombr returned to the stage with two additional covers. Among them was a rendition of the Radiohead staple "Fake Plastic Trees." The selection is hardly a surprise, as Sombr has previously cited the band as a primary influence and performed the track during his live sets last summer.

The set also featured a special guest appearance by Billy Idol. The pair performed Idol’s 1984 hit "Eyes Without A Face," with the legendary singer joined by his longtime collaborator and co-writer, Steve Stevens.

Sombr is currently preparing for his upcoming You Are The Reason Tour, with dates scheduled across North America throughout the latter half of 2026.
