End Of The Road 2026: Geese Announced as Final Headliner

Geese have been officially confirmed as the final headliner for the 2026 edition of End Of The Road. The band will take to the stage to close out the opening night of the festival, performing on The Woods Stage this coming Thursday.

This year’s event is particularly significant as it marks the 20th anniversary of the beloved festival, which returns to the picturesque Larmer Tree Gardens on the border of Dorset and Wiltshire from September 3 to September 6. Geese join a stellar lineup that already includes previously announced headliners Pulp, CMAT, and Mac DeMarco.

The announcement serves as the latest milestone in a whirlwind year for the New York-based group. Following their recent Brit Award win for Best International Group and a high-profile debut on Saturday Night Live, the band continues to solidify their status as one of the most exciting acts in modern music.

Geese’s third studio album, Getting Killed, was widely acclaimed, with NME naming it the best album of 2025. Critics have praised the record for its unpredictable fusion of jazz, rock, and noise, noting its unique ability to balance chaotic energy with sophisticated melodic control.

The band’s live reputation has grown in tandem with their recorded output. They recently received a five-star review for their performance at the Eventim Apollo in London, where they were described as a "generational icon in waiting."

The 2026 End Of The Road festival promises a diverse and expansive bill. Alongside the headliners, attendees can look forward to performances from Super Furry Animals, Kurt Vile, Fat Dog, Just Mustard, Working Men’s Club, Ty Segall, and Lucinda Williams, among many others.

Tickets for the 20th-anniversary celebration are currently on sale. As the festival prepares to welcome fans back to the Larmer Tree Gardens, the addition of Geese as the final headliner ensures that the opening night will be a standout moment in the event's storied history.
