What began as a spontaneous studio experiment has evolved into a sophisticated exchange between artists and labels, bridging the creative visions of Satēlite Records and Early Reflections.
The creative process behind the track was rooted in organic development. Alex Galvan initially crafted the core groove and melody before inviting Andec James to contribute, resulting in a seamless studio synergy. While the composition was originally intended to be purely instrumental, Galvan later penned the lyrics, adding a layer of vocal depth that shifts between spoken and melodic delivery.
The Concept of Sacred Silence
At the heart of 'Silensis' lies a profound exploration of silence. In an industry defined by constant noise and high-energy events, both artists sought to capture the clarity and introspection found in quietude. It started as a simple idea in the studio and grew into a project connecting us, a group of Mexican artists, and two labels, Satélite Records and Early Reflections, around the same piece of music."
