Michael Strahan is now a dad of five! The Good Morning America anchor quietly welcomed a baby girl earlier this year with his girlfriend Kayla Quick, according to reports.
Sources confirmed that the ABC personality and Quick became parents together in 2026, adding another daughter to the family tree. This new arrival marks the fifth child for Strahan, who is already a father to four adult children: daughter Tania, 34, and son Michael Jr., 31, from his marriage to Wanda Hutchins, as well as twin daughters Isabella and Sophia, 21, with his ex-wife Jean Muggli. Strahan is also a grandfather, following the birth of Tania's son, Onyx, in 2024.

Strahan, 54, and Quick, 36, have been linked since 2015, maintaining a private relationship away from the spotlight. While the couple rarely shares personal details, Quick—the co-founder of the wellness supplement brand FIZZNESS—has supported Strahan at major milestones, including his Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony in 2023 and his daughters' high school graduation.
The news of the new addition comes during a period of reflection for the family. Strahan recently navigated the public health journey of his daughter, Isabella, who was diagnosed with medulloblastoma in 2023. After undergoing surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation, she was declared cancer-free by June 2024. In a candid interview earlier this year, Strahan reflected on the emotional toll of the experience, noting that while he is grateful for her recovery, the experience remains a significant part of their lives.
"I knew she wouldn't quit," Strahan said of his daughter's fight. "She was going to fight — and she did."
As the family celebrates this new chapter, Strahan continues to balance his professional commitments on Good Morning America with his role as a dedicated father and grandfather.
