Turnstile Announce Surprise 'Never Enough: Versions' Album

Baltimore hardcore icons Turnstile have officially announced a surprise project, Never Enough: Versions, a reimagined take on their critically acclaimed 2025 studio album. The upcoming release promises to expand the sonic palette of the original record, featuring an eclectic array of guest collaborators including Elton John, Hayley Williams, Blood Orange, and A.G. Cook.

Since the release of Never Enough in June 2025, the band has seen a meteoric rise, securing two Grammy wins in 2026 and commanding massive stages at festivals such as Coachella, Primavera Sound, and Lollapalooza. Now, over a year after the initial release, the band is set to revisit their work with a fresh perspective.

A Star-Studded Reimagining

Scheduled for a surprise release on August 28, Never Enough: Versions will feature all 14 tracks from the original album, each reworked alongside high-profile guests. Beyond the headlining names, the project includes contributions from Julien Baker, Four Tet, Slayyyter, Dying Fetus, Oklou, Floating Points, Faye Webster, Nourished By Time, and Alex G.

The original Never Enough was widely praised for its bright, eccentric take on the hardcore genre, earning a five-star review from NME and securing a spot on their list of the Best Albums of 2025. With this new collection, Turnstile continues to push the boundaries of their sound, further cementing their status as one of the most innovative acts in modern music.

Touring and Future Plans

Turnstile is currently in the midst of an extensive tour. Following their European dates, the band will return to the UK for a high-profile support slot for Tyler, The Creator at All Points East on August 28-29. Their 2026 schedule remains packed through October, with appearances at major events including Austin City Limits and Bumbershoot Festival.
