Acid Pauli Revisits ‘Urwald’ on All Is Acid

Acid Pauli has officially reissued his seminal track ‘Urwald’ through his newly established label, All Is Acid. This release breathes new life into the 2009 production, pairing a meticulously restored and remastered version of the original with a contemporary reimagining by rRoxymore.

Originally debuting on the Smaul imprint, ‘Urwald’ represents a pivotal early chapter in Acid Pauli’s solo discography. The track is defined by its minimalist approach, anchored by a dry, steady rhythm and a hypnotic melodic loop that evolves through subtle, incremental shifts rather than relying on conventional build-ups. This restoration preserves the raw, experimental spirit of the original while enhancing its sonic clarity for modern sound systems.

The release is further elevated by rRoxymore’s ‘daydream rRemix.’ In this version, the artist deconstructs the original’s rhythmic framework, introducing off-kilter textures that reshape the track’s hypnotic character into something fresh and immersive. The digital package also includes a remastered version of ‘Gefällt mir nicht,’ a track originally featured on a 2011 Smaul release, rounding out a collection that highlights the depth of Acid Pauli’s early work.

All Is Acid was launched as a dedicated creative sanctuary for Acid Pauli’s experimental sound. With a focus on curated releases and the promotion of deep listening experiences, the label serves as a platform for both archival reissues and new explorations in electronic music.
